Before you decide
- Is this a subscription?
- No. One payment of $15, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel later. We never see your card number — the payment processor does.
- My test is months away. Do I need Elite now?
- No. The free plan is enough to start and to see where you stand against the pass mark. Buy Elite when the daily limit is the thing slowing you down — nothing in the free plan gets worse in the meantime.
- What if I fail the test?
- Your access does not run out and nothing keeps charging you, so you can keep practising and go again. We cannot promise a pass — nobody can, the test is set and marked by IRCC — but the practice stays yours.
- What if it is not for me?
- Ask within 7 days of purchase — as long as you have answered fewer than 100 questions on Elite — and we refund it in full to the original payment method.
- What if I need help?
- The help centre answers the common questions instantly, and the contact form reaches a person: most messages get an answer within one business day, and always within two.
