CitiQuiz Canada is an independent study aid for the Canadian citizenship test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and it is not legal advice.

Questions and explanations are written from Discover Canada and cite the page they come from so you can check every one against the official guide. Your official test is set and marked by the government, not by us.

Use an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Do not share an account or resell access to it.

You can practise without an account. A free plan grades up to 20 questions per day, drawn from a set of 200 questions, and the counter resets at midnight (America/Toronto). The whole Discover Canada guide, the timed simulation, practice mode, quick start and the diagnostic are open to you.

The size of the free set and the daily number may change as the product develops. Anything already unlocked by a one-time purchase is not affected by that.

A free account adds cloud backup: your progress follows you to another device. It does not unlock the paid modes.

Elite is a single one-time payment (currently $15 CAD; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies). It unlocks the full question bank, the adaptive engine and Target Practice for the account that bought it.

Nothing renews. There is no subscription to cancel and no further charge. The purchase is tied to one account and cannot be transferred.

“Lifetime” means for as long as CitiQuiz Canada operates: you are buying access for the life of the service, not for the life of any individual.

Elite is $15 once and nothing renews. If Elite is not right for you, ask within 7 days of purchase — as long as you have answered fewer than 100 questions on Elite — and we refund it in full to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

After those 7 days the sale is final: Elite is a digital product delivered immediately, so we cannot refund it because you no longer need it, or because you pass or do not pass your test. We do not promise a result and we never have.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under consumer protection law. If something is broken on our side — a payment that went through without unlocking Elite, for example — write to us and we will fix it. That is a fault, not a refund policy.

Study as much as you like. Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell or redistribute the question bank, the explanations or the guide text; do not use automated tools to pull the bank down; and do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the service.

Access may be suspended for an account that does these things.

The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running and to fix what breaks, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and features may change.

If the service is ever shut down, we will do our best to give account holders notice by email.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, a missed test date.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.

They are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which CitiQuiz Canada operates.
